* All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any products.

* No refunds will be provided under any circumstances once the order is placed.

* In case you receive a damaged or defective product, you must inform us within 24 hours of delivery by sharing proper unboxing video and images on our WhatsApp or email.

* Requests made after 24 hours of delivery will not be accepted.

* Damage claims will only be considered if the issue is genuine and verified by our team.

* Minor color variations due to lighting or screen resolution will not be considered as defects.

* Orders once placed cannot be cancelled or modified.

* Full payment is required before order processing.

* Luxovia reserves the right to accept or reject any request based on verification.

* We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.
